Hotel looked like garden. Rooms were spacious. Staff are very friendly and will guide you wherever to go. Toilet was spacious with bathtub, shower area and 2 sinks! Breakfast was not buffet, but a beautiful bento set! Will come again for the resort feel!

The hotel is located in the bit remote area of Mito, which is not very touristic, but still very nice. Rooms were very spacious and absolutely clean, along with incredibly friendly staff and wonderful service. Changing breakfeast options from traditional Japanese to continental. We will visit again, fullest recommendation!

love the spacious room and the huge atrium, hotel staff were very responsive and helpful and polite too. a real gem of a hotel in such a quiet area. totally enjoyed our 4 night stay. great beds too

The hotel was really nice and the staff was well trained and very helpful. We used this hotel as a base to visit the Hitachi Seaside Park. We had dinner at the restaurant and was a great experience both quality and service.

Very beautiful and classic hotel. Cosy room with lovely decor, very clean and spacious. A lovely bouquet was placed in our room as our anniversary gift with a card signed by all staff. Very personal and touching! We had a lovely anniversary dinner at the garden terrace. Wonderful and delicious French dinner, courteous and welcoming staff (a Japanese gentleman who can speak fluent English), everything is so professional and high quality. Breakfast is also very good with full breakfast (egg, sausage, salad, yogurt, fruit, juice and freshly made bread). A very relaxing and refreshing start. Very near the Hitachi Seaside Park so it's a nice base to travel there. Free carpark is available. Will definitely stay again and highly recommended.

Beautiful hotel, staff were very professional. Bed was comfortable, as was the size and finishes of the large bathroom. Breakfast was very good. We selected the Japanese breakfast, it was a traditional Japanese breakfast with natto, picked plums, fish, rice, miso and a variety of other small Japanese salads. We also ordered room service. We selected one of each item available and all were tasty( spaghetti, margarita pizza and onigiri).

The Suite is very comfortable and private. Very spacious and with its own Jacuzzi it made my stay memorable. It is also very well designed for work and the needed amount of entertainment with its two big screens carefully positioned in the room.
